1. Services

Credit4Sure.pro enables users to recharge mobiles, pay DTH/electricity/gas/water bills through authorized partners.

2. User Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older and legally competent to contract under Indian law.

3. Account & KYC

KYC may be required for wallet features as per RBI/IRDAI norms. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via secure UPI, BBPS, or gateway integrations. Credit4Sure.pro never stores card, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We act as a facilitator between users and telecom, utility, and are not responsible for service delays or failures caused by them.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal use of the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, copy, or reverse-engineer the app or website.
• Interfering with our servers or networks.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Morbus Technologies shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
