Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 25-OCT-2025

1. Instant Transactions: Once a recharge or bill payment succeeds, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Failed Transactions: If an amount is debited but the recharge fails, it is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
3. Duplicate Payments: Duplicate transactions are reversed automatically.
4. Insurance Policies: Cancellations or refunds follow the respective insurer’s terms.
5. Refund Requests: Email support@credit4sure.pro with your transaction ID and payment proof.
6. Processing Time: Refunds are usually completed within 7 working days after validation.
