• Contact Access: Only when you choose “Select Contact” to auto-fill a recharge number. Data remains on your device and is not uploaded.
• Payment Information: UPI ID, transaction ID, payment gateway or BBPS reference ID (no card or banking credentials stored).
• Device & Log Data: Device ID, IP address, OS version, crash logs (for app security and fraud prevention).
• Optional Data: Profile photo or KYC document if you use wallet or insurance modules.

2. Use of Information

• To process mobile, DTH, and utility recharges or insurance payments.
• To send confirmations and transaction updates.
• To prevent fraud and enhance app security.
• To provide customer support and improve user experience.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored on secure servers. We follow ISO/IEC 27001-aligned practices for safeguarding information.
